Saturday 19th March- 8:00 am: Mindfulness Morning (by TP-PT)
An event for all the ladies out there to grab their yoga mat and best girlfriends and head down to Mitcham Reserve for a morning full of flowing yoga, inspirational talks and delicious vegan food.
Lets do it ladies– this is an event you don’t want to miss- the last one for the year!

Saturday March 19th 2-3:30 pm: Vegan Q+ A event @ Bliss Organic cafe
Every question you’ve ever had about veganism and nutrition can at last be answered by Brodie, a nutritionist specialising in ethical diets.
The perfect saturday has been planned for you- a morning full of flowing yoga, mindfulness chats and vegan food followed by a FREE event to answer all those little or big questions that you have.
And to be honest it is just an added reason to visit the Bliss Organic Cafe which has mouth watering food (there will be a future post with in depth details about this gem).
Saturday March 19th- 7am: 2016 Adelaide Memory walk & Jog
This weekend in March is a health and active heaven. If your up for some fundraising and supporting Alzheimer’s Australia raise money for dementia the Memory Walk and Jog is your active destination.
There are 7,6 and 3 km options whether you decide to walk or jog/run.
PLUS prizes for each category- check out the Facebook link to have a good squizz.
Help them raise their goal of $50 000- organise a group of walkers or joggers together and get moving + helping a great cause!

Sunday March 20th- Bay to city fun run: 7am- whenever you decide to conquer it
Every year the city to bay comes around and we all chuck on our runners and walk or run the 3,6 or 12 km. Some people are ridiculously speedy and train for this amazing event, however it does cater for all fitness levels. BUT we dont have to wait until september to get our bodies seriously moving on a sunday morning, in a matter of weeks we have the Bay to city. With two distances 12 and 4.5km
With two distances 12 and 4.5km, you get a free medal at the end, PLUS a perfect excuse to get up and moving on a lovely sunday morning.

Sunday March 27th 9:30am-1pm: YOGA, QI GONG/TAI CHI (FREE 1/2 Day Mindfulness Movements + Meditation)
March is full of wellness events- it’s so exciting!
Breathe in Peace Adelaide has blessed us with half a day of Yoga, plus an intermission featuring martial arts performances by JDK followed with Qi Qong/Tai Chi, Heart meditation and finally closing with Sundar (TBC). Which will take you all through some deep, soothing, reflective music/meditation/chants.
What a perfect way to finish off our Easter weekend, plus a little break from eating all those delicious hot cross buns (I have a full list of healthy ones for you to try- coming soon..).

I am giving everyone an excuse to get up and about this March and it doesn’t necessarily mean waiting for the weekend.
Every monday yogi Steph brings you strength and flexibility with FREE 30 minute lunch time yoga- yay!
Make a little change on Mondays this month, do something you have always wanted to do. If yoga is on your list I now have the perfect FREE excuse.

Need motivation, a confidence boost, an excuse to wear beautiful clothing whilst moving our bodies- Lululemon is the answer.
Their mission statement is; ‘Creating components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives’.
Well hey i’m sold- this is enough to put a smile on my face and get up and feeling determined to conquer all my fitness and wellbeing expeditions.
The amazing store in the city located on James place has two classes you can attend weekly throughout March for FREE.
Could they be anymore supportive of all individuals out there to create a healthier life change? I think not- surround yourself in an environment that is uplifting and leave these classes wanting to make change or maintain your health goals.
